Shipping Questions
What does CIF mean?
Cost, Insurance & Freight. We quote you the total cost to get the machine to your nominated port — machine price, sea freight, and marine insurance — in one number. You handle local import duties and customs clearance from there.
What container type is used?
Most machines ship on flat-rack or open-top containers, or via RoRo depending on machine size and destination. We select the best method for each machine and route.
What documents will I receive?
Commercial invoice, packing list, original Bill of Lading, certificate of origin, and pre-shipment inspection certificate. Documentation errors on our side are our responsibility to fix.
Can you ship to a port not on your list?
Yes. We ship to any accessible port worldwide. Contact us with your port and we will confirm transit time and freight cost.
How do I track my shipment?
We send you the vessel name, voyage number, and ETA when it departs. You can track via public AIS tools. We also send updates when notable events occur.
